Founder & Managing Member
Jose Giovannetti is the Managing Member of CSF Advisory, providing commercial, strategy, and strategic finance support to small and mid-sized businesses.
He brings experience across strategic finance, business development, and commercial strategy, helping owners evaluate performance, navigate growth decisions, and make informed trade-offs. Jose holds an MBA from Rice University and a Master’s degree in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio, combining formal financial & business management training with hands-on, real-world application.
Jose founded CSF Advisory to support small and mid-sized businesses that often lack access to dedicated finance, strategy, and commercial resources. CSF works directly with owners to deliver practical, execution-focused analysis—helping clients make clearer decisions, improve performance, and pursue sustainable long-term growth. The firm also supports businesses operating in bilingual and Spanish-speaking environments, reflecting the realities of many regional and family-owned businesses.
